Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, forward-thinking Director of Strategy to lead and evolve our go-to-market approach across Dynamics 365, Power Platform and AI-Copilot offerings. The Director of Strategy will help establish vision for the seamless interaction between CRM and Finance and Operations systems, leveraging AI and Copilot to enhance customer experiences and differentiate our team through innovative solutions.

This strategic leader will drive the development and rationalization of intellectual property (IP), support presales initiatives, and work cross-functionally to align marketing, sales, and delivery around cohesive growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Go-to-Market:

  • Define and refine the go-to-market strategy for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, AI, and Copilot solutions across key industries and verticals.
  • Identify and evaluate market trends, competitor positioning, and white space opportunities to shape strategic priorities.
  • Work with leadership to prioritize investment in strategic service lines and offerings.
  • Establish key Microsoft Alignment strategies and relationships across field sellers and strategic executives to maximize our visibility and opportunity pull through of opportunities from the Microsoft team.

IP Rationalization & Development

  • Oversee the review, standardization, and rationalization of existing IP, accelerators, frameworks, and methodologies.
  • Drive innovation in the creation of reusable assets, packaged offerings, and differentiated solution accelerators for Microsoft platforms.
  • Strategically embed the development of AI into our solution and development methodologies along with grounded industry data points and customized client solutions that enable AI in a safe and secure manner.

Sales & Marketing Enablement

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop campaign themes, messaging, content, and positioning tailored to target audiences.
  • Translate technical capabilities into compelling value propositions aligned with buyer needs and business outcomes.
  • Support development of client-facing assets including case studies, solution briefs, presentations, and proposal templates.
  • Alignment with key Microsoft initiatives around AI and Copilot as well as embedding co-selling campaigns, key product releases and customer demand.
  • Collaborate and align with our Data Services team to enhance our offerings and solutions with Advanced AI and Predictive intelligence that will elevate our solutions and strategic differentiation.

Presales & Business Development Support

  • Provide strategic oversight and guidance to presales and solution architects to ensure alignment with GTM and IP strategy.
  • Assist in shaping pursuit strategies for key opportunities, including solution design, win themes, and competitive differentiation.
  • Participate in executive-level client engagements to build trust and validate strategic alignment.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in technology consulting, strategy, or solution development with a focus on Microsoft platforms.
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance, SCM, CE) and Power Platform ecosystem.
  • Proven experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies in a B2B services environment.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence across business development, delivery, and executive teams.
  • Experience in IP creation, productization of services, and innovation management.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a leadership role at a Microsoft Partner or Systems Integrator.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft’s partner ecosystem, co-sell motion, and cloud incentive models.
  • MBA or advanced degree in Strategy, Business, or a related field.
  • Understanding of overall solution set capabilities and how we can meet customer needs and objectives as their strategic and trusted advisor.
