Job Summary

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an accomplished leader to join our Microsoft Business Unit leadership team as Vice President of our Microsoft Dynamics CRM practice. We are looking for a high-energy and passionate individual to lead our Microsoft CRM practice, responsible for mentoring and inspiring our people, delivering solutions and value to our clients, and driving financial results for the practice. As a member of Argano’s Microsoft Practice senior leadership team, you will shape the future of our CX offerings and help drive digital transformation for clients leveraging Microsoft technologies.

Responsibilities

Practice & Delivery Leadership

  • Define and execute a vision and growth strategy for the CRM practice, aligned to Argano’s Microsoft go-to-market and overall business strategy.
  • Ensure successful delivery of large-scale, enterprise-grade Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform engagements.
  • Oversee practice operations, including resource allocation, project health, delivery methodology, and quality assurance.
  • Champion delivery excellence by evolving reusable assets, implementation frameworks, and IP to accelerate value for clients.

P&L and Operational Management

  • Own the CRM practice P&L—monitor financial performance, project margins, and utilization targets.
  • Partner with Sales and Alliance teams to develop revenue forecasts and pipeline strategies.
  • Identify levers to drive growth, improve profitability, and manage risk across the portfolio.

Client Engagement & Executive Sponsorship

  • Act as executive sponsor for key client accounts, ensuring high-impact outcomes and enduring partnerships.
  • Engage in strategic account planning with sales and customer success teams to support client transformation journeys.
  • Escalate and resolve issues swiftly while maintaining a client-first mindset.

Talent & Capability Development

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of CX professionals including consultants, architects, and engagement managers.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Define and implement competency models and learning paths to enable skill advancement and certification goals.

Thought Leadership & Market Presence

  • Represent Argano in the marketplace as a subject matter expert on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and modern CX transformation.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Alliances to drive thought leadership, whitepapers, webinars, and event participation.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, customer expectations, and Microsoft product evolution to shape practice direction.

Go-to-Market & Alliance Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Argano’s Microsoft alliance and solution marketing teams to develop differentiated offerings and campaigns.
  • Contribute to proposal development, RFP responses, and client presentations in pre-sales cycles.
  • Work with Microsoft field teams and partner ecosystem to drive joint wins and deepen strategic relationships.

Education

MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Experience

  • 12+ years in customer experience, CRM, or consulting leadership roles; minimum 5 years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE delivery.
  • Deep understanding of the Microsoft Business Applications ecosystem including CE, Power Platform, Azure, and related technologies.
  • Extensive experience in implementing and utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) to enhance customer interactions and operational efficiency.
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 CE to meet business needs.
  • Ability to leverage Dynamics 365 CE for data analysis, reporting, and customer insights.
  • Proven success managing a P&L in a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams across functional areas and geographies.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills—able to build trust with senior clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience building service offerings, practice frameworks, and go-to-market strategies.

  • Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and implement strategic delivery plans. Experience with portfolio management and resource allocation. Advanced financial acumen for budgeting and cost management.

  • Technology Expertise: Deep understanding of enterprise technology solutions. Experience with cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data management. Ability to oversee complex technical projects and integrations.
  • Executive Leadership: Experience leading large, diverse teams. Ability to drive organizational change and transformation. Strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and clients. Skilled in influencing and negotiating at the executive level. Effective conflict resolution and crisis management.
  • Innovative Thinking: Ability to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Adaptability to change business and technology landscapes.
