As the Director of Business Development Representatives at Jasper, you will be responsible for building, leading, and developing our team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs). This team plays a significant role in how we achieve our sales targets. This role will help us scale both inbound and outbound customer acquisition strategies to build pipeline and convert customers in our target accounts.
This fully remote role reports to the VP of Revenue Marketing and is open to candidates located anywhere in the continental US.
Lead, inspire, and manage a growing team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs), fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and performance.
Develop and implement scalable strategies for both inbound and outbound prospecting to build a robust sales pipeline that directly contributes to revenue growth.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to refine lead qualification processes, ensure seamless handoffs, and optimize the customer acquisition funnel.
Establish metrics and performance benchmarks; analyze data to track progress, identify trends, and continuously improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide ongoing coaching, training, and professional development to empower BDRs to succeed individually while driving team-wide results.
Take ownership of pipeline generation goals, ensuring alignment with Jasper’s broader sales and revenue targets.
Collaborate cross-functionally to provide market feedback and insights that inform Jasper’s product, marketing, and sales strategies.
Champion Jasper’s mission by instilling the company values into every interaction the BDR team has with potential customers, ensuring a positive and professional buyer experience.c
10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with 3+ years of building and managing high-performing BDR and/or sales teams.
Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding pipeline generation targets and sales metrics.
Deep understanding of inbound and outbound sales methodologies, tools, and best practices, with a hands-on approach to optimizing processes.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics, provide actionable insights, and continuously iterate on strategies.
Exceptional leadership skills with an emphasis on coaching and developing talent, fostering both team alignment and individual growth.
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively across teams, especially with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations.
A customer-first mentality coupled with a passion for Jasper’s mission to empower marketers with innovative AI solutions.

The expected OTE offered for this role is $250,000. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.
