About the Role:

Tubi is looking for a Director of B2B Marketing, International to join our B2B Marketing team focused on supporting Tubi’s sales channels across Canada. Reporting directly to the SVP of B2B Marketing, you will spearhead the strategy for Tubi’s B2B efforts across our Canadian footprint. 

With an emphasis on sales enablement and content marketing, this role will be responsible for establishing our Canadian B2B marketing strategy and regional implementation plan, inclusive of industry partnerships and events, thought leadership, and sales collateral. 

This position will be based in Toronto and will require some travel, both domestically and internationally. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of sales enablement, content marketing, and trade marketing for Canada in support of channel sales partners and dedicated Tubi-Canada team
  • Develop measurement plan and tactics to optimize B2B marketing efforts, further connecting marketing and sales activities to revenue and retention
  • Develop localized content intended to stimulate interest, drive engagement and consideration for Tubi’s solutions including: pitch decks, case studies, infographics, explainer videos, and more, to be distributed across multiple sales and marketing channels
  • Work closely with channel sales partners to develop co-marketing initiatives 

Qualifications:

  • Deep knowledge of advertising industry and experience in working across Canadian media market 
  • General knowledge of the video investment ecosystem
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing metrics
  • Excellent writing and presentation development
  • Critical thinking skills - you can analyze data, identify trends, and provide evidence-based recommendations
  • Know your way around the tools of the trade–ex: CRM, marketing automation, social listening platforms
  • Project management - attention to detail while also driving towards long-term goals
  • Creative bent - you have the ability to take projects from initial concept stages through to completion with a resolve to create the best customer experience

Basic Requirements:

  • 7+ years of marketing experience within the advertising, ad tech and/or relevant marketing organizations 
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Impressive references and portfolio of previously published work

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, long-term incentive plan, and various benefits including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.

Compensation:

Base ($135,500 CAD to $192,800 CAD / year) + Bonus + Long-Term Incentive Plan + Benefits

Responsabilités principales :
  • Diriger le développement des initiatives de soutien aux ventes, du marketing de contenu et du marketing commercial pour le Canada, en appui aux partenaires de vente et à l’équipe dédiée de Tubi-Canada
  • Élaborer un plan de mesure et des tactiques afin d’optimiser les efforts marketing B2B, en renforçant le lien entre les activités de marketing et de vente, les revenus et la rétention
  • Créer du contenu localisé destiné à susciter l’intérêt, stimuler l’engagement et encourager la considération des solutions de Tubi : présentations, études de cas, infographies, vidéos explicatives, etc., à diffuser sur divers canaux de vente et de marketing
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les partenaires de vente pour développer des initiatives de co-marketing
Vos qualifications :
  • Solide connaissance de l’industrie publicitaire et expérience dans le marché canadien des médias
  • Compréhension générale de l’écosystème d’investissement vidéo
  • Maîtrise approfondie des indicateurs de performance marketing
  • Excellentes compétences en rédaction et en création de présentations
  • Esprit analytique : capable d’analyser des données, d’identifier des tendances et de formuler des recommandations appuyées par des faits
  • Maîtrise des outils liés au marketing : CRM, automatisation marketing, plateformes d’écoute sociale, etc.
  • Gestion de projets : rigueur dans les détails tout en gardant une vision des objectifs à long terme
  • Créativité : vous êtes capable de mener un projet du concept à la livraison, avec la volonté d’offrir une expérience client optimale
Exigences de base :
  • Minimum de 7 ans d’expérience en marketing dans les domaines de la publicité, de la technologie publicitaire ou d’organisations marketing pertinentes
  • Diplôme universitaire de premier cycle
  • Références solides et portfolio de projets publiés démontrant votre expertise
Rémunération au Canada :
Salaire de base : entre 135,500 $ CA à 192,800 $ CA par an (selon le niveau d’études, d’expérience, de compétences et de lieu de travail)Ce poste est également admissible à une prime annuelle discrétionnaire, un programme de rémunération à long terme, ainsi qu’à divers avantages (médicaux, dentaires, vision, assurance, REER, congés payés et autres prestations conformément aux documents applicables).
