About This Role

Agents don’t just join brokerages; they join because they can see themselves within inspiring stories of growth, support, freedom, & success. Your role is to tell these stories through social media to attract ambitious agents ready to elevate their careers.

This is not about sharing property listings—it’s about demonstrating how our team can transform agents’ professional lives through authentic, engaging social media campaigns.

Your Goal:

Use social media to attract ambitious agents who align with our core values—accountability, care, knowledge, transparency, and coachability—leading them to schedule conversations with our recruiting team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute creative social media content and campaigns that highlight our agents’ successes, team culture, and the real-world impact of joining our brokerage.
  • Leverage storytelling to showcase testimonials, behind-the-scenes team moments, and career breakthroughs that resonate with prospective agents.
  • Run targeted organic and paid campaigns that inspire agents to engage, comment, and start conversations about joining our team.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to ensure messaging aligns with the needs and aspirations of ambitious agents & the company culture.
  • Track and optimize content performance, prioritizing genuine engagement and conversion over vanity metrics.

Requirements

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:

  • Have a passion for understanding people’s motivations and crafting content that speaks directly to their professional aspirations.
  • Possess experience using social media strategically to recruit, inspire, or mobilize professionals (experience recruiting real estate agents, salespeople, or loan officers is a plus).
  • Balance authenticity with effective storytelling, turning real experiences into powerful messages that drive action.
  • Are skilled at creating content that inspires agents to envision their future success with our team.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Agents proactively reaching out through DMs, comments, and inquiries about joining our team.
  • Your content consistently sparking meaningful conversations.
  • Increased attendance at webinars and recruiting events.
  • Providing the recruiting team with warm leads excited to discuss opportunities.
  • Team members eager to share their stories, knowing you’ll portray them as heroes.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional experience building engaged communities and running successful recruitment-focused social media campaigns.
  • Proven track record of working effectively in a fully remote environment (minimum of 12 months).
  • Track-record of success using Social Media to recruit real estate agents.
