Job description

What experience is important to us:

  • 5+ years in payments (gambling/betting verticals mandatory)  

  • 2+ years leading payment/PSP teams  

  • 1+ year hands-on experience with Turkish market (regulations, user behavior, local providers)  

  • Deep knowledge of payment infrastructure (acquiring, alternative methods, local PSPs)  

  • Proven experience with payment routing, cascading and Hub systems  

  • Strong negotiation skills with payment providers  

  • Data-driven approach to CJM and UX optimization 

Will be a plus:

  • Existing network of Turkey/Azerbaijan payment providers  

  • Expertise in local payment methods (Papara, Havale, etc.)  

  • Understanding of high-risk payment operations  

  • Experience with fraud prevention and chargeback management  

  • Track record of end-to-end PSP integrations  

What you will do:

  • Take full ownership of payment success rates (FTD/STD) for Turkey & Azerbaijan  

  • Build and scale the PSP department from scratch (team hiring & structure setup)  

  • Optimize payment economics (fees, commissions, settlement terms)  

  • Design and implement cascading & smart routing via Payment Hub  

  • Develop real-time monitoring for declines, delays and provider performance  

  • Enhance checkout conversion through CJM optimization and method sorting  

  • Lead PSP provider acquisition and integration (CIS region focus)  

  • Conduct market intelligence to identify and launch competitive payment methods  

  • Represent company at industry events to establish key partnerships  

Probation Period Goals

  • Complete payment infrastructure audit and identify improvement areas  

  • Deploy real-time payment analytics dashboard  

  • Implement basic cascading logic in Payment Hub  

  • Optimize payment method prioritization in checkout  

  • Assemble core PSP team members
