High Tech Genesis USA is seeking Technical Sales Engineers to support technical product sales, deliver demonstrations, and host webinars for current and prospective industry partners.
In this role, you will:
Support Business Development and Sales with product demonstrations, webinars, and other technical product information sessions, for prospective or existing customers.
Support the adoption of hardware and software product sales by channel partners through technical sales assistance.
Support technical product discovery and sales to Utilities and Aggregators, EV Manufacturers, and Residential Solar & Storage Equipment Manufacturers.
Track performance against KPIs based on metrics inc. request volume and time to close, conversion rate, key sales activity and cost tracking.
Interface with post-sales Integration Support for evaluation of post-sales product integration work required.
Work on customer proposals, including RFIs/RFPs/RFQs, and grant funding opportunities.
Support post sales product configuration with Technical Integration Team.
