🚀 #REMOTE Opportunity for Senior Backend Cloud Developer (AWS/Node.js)

🌍 Global Project (client based in Portugal)

📍 Location: Remote

💼 Model: Contractor / Independent Consultant (PJ)

We are looking for a highly skilled Backend Developer with a strong focus on Cloud to join our team on a GLOBAL project (fluent English required)! If you have experience with AWS, Node.js, and stay up to date with best development practices, we’d love to meet you!

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

Development and implementation of cloud-based application backends.

Development of REST APIs and integration with third-party APIs.

Ensure quality in testing and deliveries.

Code versioning.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements:

Senior-level experience as a Backend Developer.
Fluent English, in addition to Portuguese.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Proven experience with Node.js.
Experience in AWS-based development.
Expertise in the AWS SDK for JavaScript (Node.js).
Hands-on experience with AWS services such as CloudFormation, Lambda, EC2, VPC, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, SNS, SQS, Route53.
Familiarity with relational databases like MySQL.
Experience in JavaScript development (Python is a plus).
Experience with Git.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation or Terraform is a plus).
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Experience with unit testing and end-to-end (E2E) testing is highly valued.

Preferred AWS Certifications:

AWS Certified Developer – Associate
AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate
