Job Description:
Procurement Specialist
Remote (no traveling)
Hours: 9am-5pm MST/CST Monday-Friday
26 week contract with possibility of extension

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to support our team in
placing orders for spare parts through our procurement system. This role will be
responsible for ensuring order acknowledgments, tracking shipments, and resolving any
procurement-related issues. The ideal candidate will have experience in purchasing,
supplier coordination, and logistics tracking.

Key Responsibilities:
• Place orders for spare parts using the company's procurement system.
• Ensure timely receipt of order acknowledgments from suppliers.
• Monitor shipment tracking and provide regular status updates.
• Address and resolve any order discrepancies, delays, or issues with suppliers.
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, shipping details, and supplier
communications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely availability of spare parts.


Qualifications & Skills:
• Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in procurement or ERP systems.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve supplier-related issues efficiently.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications:
• Coupa experience
