Job description

We are looking for a Creative Marketing Manager! Join a team where data meets bold creativity, and your ideas drive real impact on international markets. In this role, you will sharpen your analytical, creative, and leadership skills while working with top-tier tools like Tableau, AppsFlyer, Meta Ads Manager, and AI-powered platforms like ChatGPT and Midjourney. You will collaborate with high-performing teams across UA, product, and design, developing creatives that speak to millions across the US and other Tier 1 markets. With large budgets, innovative tools, and cross-cultural challenges, you will be part of high-stakes campaigns where every test counts and every insight leads to smarter decisions

In this role, you will
  • Analyze competitors' concepts to generate new ideas and provide creative inspiration for the design team
  • Evaluate our creatives, landing pages, assets, and other materials to identify areas for improvement
  • Research user behavior and funnels to identify performance-driving factors
  • Interpret test results and collaborate with the analytics team to improve reporting processes
  • Develop and brainstorm creative concepts — from initial ideation to final execution
  • Prototype and test concepts to ensure feasibility and effectiveness; conduct creative tests on advertising platforms to evaluate performance and make data-driven improvements
  • Provide actionable feedback to UA managers, designers, and product teams to improve project outcomes
  • Build and maintain a knowledge base on creative testing, including structured reporting for future reference
  • Coordinate asset and video production with designers, agencies, and influencers
  • Contribute to the development and optimization of creative production and testing processes, aligning with the marketing team’s goals

  • It’s all about you
  • At least 6–9 months in performance marketing, focusing on mobile apps or web-to-app projects
  • Daily work with key marketing metrics (CPI, CPA, CTR, ROI) and a clear understanding of how to achieve and optimize target KPIs
  • Experience in creating detailed technical briefs to support efficient creative production
  • Proven experience in conducting thorough analyses and applying insights to inform strategy
  • Hands-on experience running ad campaigns on at least one major platform (Facebook, Google, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.) — excludes B2B platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter
  • Ability to handle high workloads, tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously (e.g., managing 10+ projects or creating 20–30 creatives per week)
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with and present ideas to cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Confident verbal and written communication at a B2 level or higher

  • Would be a plus:
  • Background in User Acquisition or understanding of UA processes and strategies
  • Experience working with mobile apps and familiarity with web-to-app or web-to-web conversion strategies and tools
