Job Description
As a US Customer Service Representative – Order Entry, your responsibilities will include:
Accurately entering customer orders into our order management system using the order entry checklist.
Reviewing orders for accuracy, pricing, and product specifications.
Coordinating with account managers and clients to resolve discrepancies or questions.
Verifying inventory and production schedules to meet order deadlines.
Processing order changes, cancellations, returns, and refunds according to company policy.
Generating and sending order confirmations to clients.
Collaborating with production and fulfillment teams to ensure timely, accurate delivery.
Maintaining organized customer records and communications in the company's CRM.
Providing clients with order updates, tracking information, and prompt responses to inquiries.
Learning the sales system for screen printing, embroidery, promotional, and digital products.
Processing client payments as needed.
Recommending process improvements for order entry efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales process, specifically handling customer orders and supporting US clients.
Experience working for a US-based Client/Business is required.
Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
Strong command of Gmail and the Google Workspace environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with the decorated apparel or promotional products industry.
Experience with Shopworks (order management/shop system) is a plus but not required.
