Position Overview
The Director of Marketing will be integral to orchestrating day-to-day marketing activities and aligning them closely with the company's sales objectives. This individual will collaborate extensively with the sales team and other stakeholders to devise a comprehensive marketing plan and calendar aimed at strengthening our market presence and enhancing lead generation, with an emphasis on implementing cutting-edge digital and marketing automation technology. The Director will oversee HubSpot’s ongoing management, ensuring seamless integration with sales processes, developing automated workflows, tracking engagement, and analyzing key performance metrics. This individual will also provide training and support to maximize the platform’s capabilities for both marketing and sales alignment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Design and implement an omni-channel marketing strategy designed to increase lead generation in support of Sales team efforts
- Develop and maintain a marketing calendar in collaboration with the sales department and other relevant teams
- Ensure enrollmentFUEL’s marketing efforts reflect the most current and proven digital and marketing automation practices
- Ensure enrollmentFUEL has a strong and positive digital presence, and the Company website represents the latest in user experience best practices; collaborate with Marketing & Sales Specialist to make website updates
- Develop consistent and effective branding across all digital platforms, including social media, leveraging guidance from the digital marketing team as needed
- Manage the rollout of marketing campaigns for new products and services, monitoring effectiveness and adapting strategies as needed
- Manage direct mail campaigns, marketing costs, and overall campaign strategies within the approved budget
- Supervise the design and production of marketing collateral, coordinating with print partners to ensure timely, on-budget, and accurate distribution
- Contribute to the development and fulfillment of marketing outreach, including content creation and logistical support
- Oversee the optimization, and management of HubSpot to support marketing automation, lead nurturing, and campaign tracking
- Work with VP of Business Intelligence & Analytics to develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance metrics within HubSpot, providing insights on campaign effectiveness, lead conversion, and ROI to inform strategic decision-making
- Develop and manage social media content calendars, engagement strategies, and paid campaigns to enhance brand visibility and lead generation
- Plan and optimize paid digital campaigns, including social media ads, Google PPC, and retargeting efforts to drive conversions
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling digital content, including videos, blogs, and social media posts aligned with campaign objectives
- Track key digital marketing metrics, analyze trends, and provide insights to refine social media and digital strategies
- Lead efforts for annual client-partner gifts, retention visit gifts, and other marketing for sales-related initiatives
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote enrollmentFUEL’s presence at sponsored events and conferences, driving awareness and attendee engagement
- Create strategies to attract and engage attendees before, during, and after events, including targeted email sequences, social media engagement, and digital content
- Collaborate with the Director of Sales Operations to implement follow-up campaigns, lead nurturing sequences, and ROI analysis to maximize event impact
- Collaborate across teams to support initiatives and help manage projects to successful completion
- Represent enrollmentFUEL in a professional manner in all work-related activities
- Accurately reflect and portray the mission and core values of enrollmentFUEL

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
- Proven experience in marketing strategy development and execution, preferably in a similar role
- Strong understanding of omni-channel marketing concepts and digital marketing strategies
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to work collaboratively across teams
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving aptitude
- HubSpot expertise preferred, including experience with marketing automation, CRM integration, lead nurturing workflows, and performance analytics

Physical Demands
