Key Responsibilities:
• Define the strategic roadmap for Adobe Journey Optimizer implementations, aligning with business goals.
• Design and optimize customer journeys, leveraging real-time data, triggers, and predictive analytics.
• Provide high-level solution design and guide the junior consultant on execution.
• Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to develop cross-channel personalization strategies.
• Oversee integration planning with CRM, CDP, and marketing automation platforms.
• Set up and manage privacy and compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
• Present strategic recommendations and insights to business leaders and clients.
• Mentored the junior consultant to develop expertise in Adobe AJO execution.
Qualifications & Experience:
• 8-10 years of experience in Mar Tech, journey orchestration, and Adobe Experience Cloud.
• Hands-on expertise with Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and Adobe
Analytics.
• Strong understanding of real-time customer engagement, journey triggers, and AI-driven decision-making.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams.
• Ability to define customer experience strategies and omnichannel orchestration.
• Adobe certifications (such as Adobe AJO Architect) are a plus.
