About The Team

CoverMyMeds is a leading healthcare technology company committed to enhancing patient access to medications. We serve a vast network of over 950,000 healthcare providers and we're looking for a dynamic product professional to join our team to lead innovative projects that make a tangible difference in patient care. The Provider Product Team is looking for a Senior Product Manager to define and execute strategies that strengthen our multi-sided network with a focus on streamlining user onboarding, evolving user authorization protocols, and remediating risk.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive Strategic Initiatives: Lead the evolution of our identity management strategy, focusing on access and authorization, user controls, and industry best practices to enhance security and efficiency across our provider network.
  • Foster Innovation: Spearhead product innovation efforts to deliver cutting-edge solutions that strengthen our network, impacting over 950,000 healthcare providers and ultimately improving patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate and Influence: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align product development with strategic goals. Partner both internally and with key enterprise customers to swiftly build credibility and drive impact.
  • Assess and Synthesize: Drive and implement product direction related to user identification and authorized activities based on synthesis of industry trends and regulations, Legal and Compliance recommendations, risk evaluation and stakeholder feedback
  • Deliver: Identify, explore, and validate new opportunities to strengthen customer trust across the platform while balancing user and business needs, including identifying and implementing controls for new user engagement models.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Product Management experience or familiarity with technical product development methodologies (e.g., Agile).
  • Demonstrated experience navigating and building trust with key enterprise customers.
  • Previous experience in identity management, specifically in access and authorization, user control, or network credentialing.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and lead through influence.
  • Experience in healthcare technology, preferably healthcare provider expertise.
  • Experience working with compliance and industry regulations teams, preferably in healthcare

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$115,500 - $192,500
