Healthcare is changing in big ways, and CoverMyMeds is in the middle of it all! As a Senior UX Designer at CoverMyMeds, you will utilize a variety of design methodologies to advocate for human-centered product decisions to help patients receive the medicine they need to live healthy lives.

What You'll Do:

As a member of the CoverMyMeds UX Team, you will be tasked with understanding user behavior and their interaction with current and potential solutions to generate new insights to help evolve our product offerings. You will join a mid-sized team doing big things in healthcare, with endless opportunities to continue learning and mentoring others.   • Partner with UX Research, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Customer Success to identify opportunities in the product experience.
  • Collaborate daily as a dedicated member of a product area comprised of Product, Engineering, and UX professionals.
  • Support the product area in product discovery by utilizing research best practices.
  • Lead design efforts using a diverse set of technical skills including user flows, user journey maps, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, unmoderated and moderated user research.
  • Define design strategy through consideration for long-term product vision and scalable UX patterns.
  • Actively participate and inform experiments to test hypotheses and assumptions.
  • Facilitate ideation workshops with key stakeholders to identify innovation opportunities.
  • Interpret qualitative and quantitative research to inform product strategy and design decision-making.
  • Become an expert on our users by continually iterating, refining, and testing designs.     
  • Present design artifacts and research insights to align a wide variety of stakeholders and build empathy with our users.
  • Serve as a thought leader within the company; champion and enable UX within a growing organization.

Minimum Job Qualifications 
Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience
 

Critical Skills:

  • 7+ years of experience in UX design, focused on digital products.
  • Expert in (7+ years' experience) Figma and aptitude to continue learning how to efficiently use this tool.
  • 7+ years' experience with UX design systems and design system adoption
  • Demonstrated experience leading design efforts in a business environment, including working with cross-functional teams to understand their needs.

  • Comfortable selecting the best methods and techniques to uncover unique insights in a fast-paced environment.
  • Thorough understanding of the design process, from messy front-end to detailed spec delivery and product shipping.
  • Comfortable with and enjoy sharing the responsibility of understanding our users with the product squad.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and use them to effectively execute design activities and bring stakeholders into the process.
  • You have a balanced understanding of strategy, research, interaction, and visual design.
  • You are comfortable with adapting and improving as CoverMyMeds matures.

Technical Nice-to-Haves:

  • Knowledgeable about UserTesting and UserInterviews.
  • Proficient in Microsoft tools.

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$130,500 - $217,500
