Job description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is delighted to offer a fantastic opportunity for a French Speaking Customer Service Representative within the Airline Reservations Department. This position will allow you to join a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional service to travelers, ensuring their booking experience is seamless and enjoyable.


Responsibilities
  • Support French-speaking clients with inquiries related to airline reservations, ticketing, and travel itineraries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers in making new bookings and modifying existing reservations while providing information about policies and procedures.
  • Handle any customer complaints or issues with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fares, routes, and regulations to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex queries efficiently and provide the best solutions for customers.
  • Document all interactions and follow up with customers as necessary to ensure their needs are met.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, especially in the travel or airline industry, is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with customers effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with airline booking systems and customer service software is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple inquiries efficiently.
  • A passion for travel and providing excellent service to customers.
