Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to French-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat, assisting with hotel reservations and inquiries.
  • Manage booking processes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all reservations.
  • Handle customer complaints and requests effectively, working to resolve issues while maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
  • Provide information on hotel services, amenities, and promotions to enhance the guest experience.
  • Collaborate with hotel staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction during their stay.
  • Keep updated on company policies, procedures, and the hotel industry trends to provide the best support possible.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain organized records of reservations and inquiries.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the hospitality or travel sector, is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with composure and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in reservation systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
