Marriage and Family Therapist (Telehealth) - Full-Time Opportunity in Los Angeles, California

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

Active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of California
Minimum of two years prior experience providing direct patient services in a medical environment, or prior experience in working with patients in a clinical or social services environment, including working with adults or adolescents in individual, group, and family therapy.
A working knowledge of theories and interventions that are utilized to successfully work with patients in order to provide empathy, support, and encourage patients to initiate change.
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to communicate in large or small groups and public speaking skills.
Display sensitivity to the different cultures represented among members and staff.
Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality about patient(s) Protected Health Information.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited school
Active, unrestricted, and Current license to practice as an LMFT in the state of California
Demonstrates excellent clinical skills
Ability to stay organized and keep calendar availability up to date to enable efficient client session scheduling
Ability to effectively and efficiently complete progress notes after client sessions
