In a nutshell, as a Technology Specialist you need to be a proactive and skilled Backend Developer to support the 30-35 person team in managing and optimizing technology infrastructure. As a primarily cloud-based organization utilizing a mix of Windows and Apple devices, you are required ot be a hands-on professional to ensure seamless operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement solutions that enhance productivity.

Duties and Responsibilities:

● Manage and maintain cloud-based software systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.

● Provide technical support for a diverse range of devices, including Apple and Windows-based computers.

● Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, offering timely and effective resolutions.

● Coordinate device setups, installations, updates, and maintenance.

● Monitor cybersecurity measures and ensure compliance with best practices to protect company data.

● Collaborate with vendors and service providers for hardware procurement and software licenses.

● Train staff on new technologies and provide ongoing technical guidance.

● Document IT processes, manage inventories, and maintain system records

Requirements

Must-have Skills / Qualifications:

● Minimum of 3 years’ experience -being a Technology Specialist or related field

● Minimum of 2 years of experience in HubSpot

● Proven experience in API Integration

● Experience being a Backend Developer

● Experience on AI and Automation

● Within this skill set, you also need someone who can perform IT support functions, including triaging, troubleshooting, and resolving L1/L2 issues.

● Familiarity with both Apple and Windows operating systems.

● Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.

● Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

● Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Advantageous Skills:

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
