We are looking for an E-commerce Manager to drive the growth of our digital store and optimize campaigns across platforms.
You will collaborate with various teams and help us grow in our priority markets of US, UK and Germany.
To succeed in this role, previous hands-on experience in e-commerce within the health, wellness, or functional food industry is a must. We're looking for someone who deeply understands the specifics of building and scaling a D2C brand with a strong focus on product quality, customer trust, and lifestyle alignment.
Online Store Management: Oversee our e-commerce operations, ensuring product listings, pricing, and promotions are optimized for conversions and a seamless shopping experience.
Digital Marketing & Growth: Develop and execute performance-driven marketing campaigns across paid channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) to drive traffic, sales, and brand awareness.
Website Optimization: Analyze website performance, user behavior, and customer journey to improve UX, increase conversion rates, and reduce cart abandonment.
Data & Analytics: Track key e-commerce KPIs (traffic, conversion, AOV, ROAS), provide insights, and implement data-driven strategies for growth.
Market Expansion & Localization: Adapt strategies for different markets, ensuring the brand resonates with local audiences while maintaining global consistency.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and development teams to align e-commerce strategies with business objectives and enhance the overall customer experience.
Inventory & Operations Coordination: Ensure stock levels, logistics, and fulfillment processes are optimized to meet demand and maintain a smooth order flow.
US Expansion:
Prepare and execute the US market entry together with internal teams.
Continuously monitor legal requirements (e.g. compliance, tax, import regulations).
Set up and optimize customs clearance and logistics processes.
Identify and evaluate growth opportunities in marketplaces and B2B channels.
Help establish local entity operations — from tax to employment structure.
Marketplaces Management:
Lead and manage performance on Amazon (Vendor & Seller), Allegro, TikTok Shop UK & DE.
Act as key account for Amazon while leading the team managing the daily operations.
Perform in-depth analytics (SKU performance, margin calculations, product selection).
Collaborate closely with the supply chain team to ensure inventory availability and fulfillment efficiency.
Proven experience in e-commerce management, ideally within a D2C brand or fast-growing online retailer in health, nutrition and fitness industries.
Hands-on experience with performance marketing, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
Solid understanding of SEO, CRO, and UX principles to enhance website performance.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio, and other analytics tools to track performance and optimize campaigns.
Experience in market expansion & localization, ensuring strategies align with different audience needs.
