The role
We’re looking for a Freelance Recruitment Consultant to join our collaborative remote network. You’ll be working on multi-role sourcing projects, helping us match great people with meaningful work.

This is a fully remote, commission-based opportunity that’s perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, is naturally curious about people, and takes pride in helping others grow. We value consistency, self-awareness, and a thoughtful approach to communication and collaboration.

In this role, you’ll help us deliver recruitment projects across multiple regions and industries, working alongside our consulting team to support clients in need of high-quality hires. We care about how you show up, not when or where from.

What you’ll do

  • Use tools like LinkedIn, Boolean search, and job boards to proactively identify potential candidates
  • Connect with individuals and assess their alignment with client roles
  • Build and maintain pipelines across several roles at once, while prioritizing fairness and inclusion
  • Nurture long-term relationships with passive talent through consistent, respectful engagement
  • Collaborate with Salve.Inno’s core consulting team to ensure a smooth, candidate-friendly handover
  • Maintain organized and accurate records in our ATS (we offer guidance to support different processing styles)
  • Communicate openly with team members in a way that works best for you, whether that’s async updates, voice notes, or live check-ins
