What you will do: 
Join our dynamic team at eXp Realty as an Instructional Designer for eXp University! In this exciting position, you will have the chance to bring your creativity to the forefront as you contribute to the analysis, design, and development of engaging learning environments that inspire growth and success. As a vital member of our esteemed training team, you'll collaborate with experienced professionals, including our Training Magazine Hall of Fame Chief Learning Officer, to explore innovative approaches in training and development. Your role will involve crafting live and e-learning training sessions that not only boost agent productivity but also foster a sense of community within our vibrant eXp Realty family.
  • Design, develop, and produce blended learning programs in line with eXp University strategy, business objectives, and core values
  • Design course outlines, gather supporting materials, develop course materials, presentations, and facilitation guides
  • Use web-based courseware or other online learning development tools/software to create interactive course modules
  • Partner with content creators throughout eXp Realty and adhere to standard processes to ensure content is developed to internal technical and design specifications
  • Create content that will work in both printed and digital formats and is device agnostic, adhering to current trends utilizing instructional design, neuroscience related to learning, delivery methods, and best practices
  • Refresh existing online content by analyzing, updating, and refining it, ensuring it remains current, relevant, and appealing to learners
  • Evaluate training proposals to identify new opportunities for development and improvement
  • Maintain subject matter expertise in the real estate industry and eXp Realty to communicate effectively and support training initiatives
  • Hone your copywriting skills, crafting and reviewing compelling and persuasive content
  • Review all University content to uphold the highest standards of quality and ensure compliance with industry regulations
  • Other accountabilities as assigned
How you will grab our attention: 
  • Instructional Design Certification, BS, MS, or higher degree in instructional design, education, or related field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in instructional design, designing courses and developing blended learning solutions 
  • Knowledge of best practices in adult learning and instructional design (ADDIE, Gagne, Bloom’s Taxonomy, etc.)
  • Proven experience in rapid content development using e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Captivate, Articulate 360, Camtasia, etc.)
  • Proficient in learning management system terminology and learning industry standards (SCORM, AICC, xAPI, TinCan, etc.)
  • Proficient in Google Suite
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • i.e. Prepare Scoping Documents
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous deadlines
  • Adapt quickly and easily to changing requirements and needs
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Candidate must provide a portfolio of work
