Territory: Multiple roles available covering Southern and Eastern States

Around 3 days per week will involve travelling.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Oxford Medical Simulation's dynamic Sales team, helping healthcare organizations solve critical training challenges through cutting-edge VR simulation?

As a Healthcare Solutions Specialist you’ll focus on new business development - identifying prospects, nurturing relationships, setting up and delivering powerful demos, and ultimately matching client needs with OMS solutions.. This is primarily a Consultative Sales role; you'll need to understand the world of healthcare education deeply, consult with clients thoughtfully, and guide them toward transformative solutions. Healthcare Solutions Specialists are dynamic, self-motivated, empathetic to the needs of clients and dedicated to supporting their journey from first contact through successful partnership.

No experience of VR is needed and all your training is provided by a close-knit team of clinicians and simulation experts with the objective to build expertise in virtual reality, simulation-based education and curriculum.

The OMS Healthcare Solutions Specialist team is dedicated to delivering quality clinical training to healthcare professionals across the UK and US.

Who you are:

  • You have 3+ years of sales experience in healthcare education, ideally selling into hospitals and healthcare systems.

  • You must have experience driving new business and managing a full sales cycle - from first contact through closing.

  • You ideally have a background in clinical education or clinical simulation.

  • You have exceptional interpersonal skills. You’re a natural people-person who builds rapport easily - whether in person, on the phone, or by email.

  • You love the idea of traveling the country, meeting clients face-to-face, and bringing solutions to life.

  • You’re happy to travel around 3 days a week with some overnight stays if needed.

  • You have a strong work ethic, high integrity, and a desire to succeed.

  • You are curious, an excellent listener, and able to consult with a wide range of individuals to find the best solution for them.

  • You are enthusiastic, flexible, and always learning.

  • You are driven, self-motivated, and pretty fearless. You thrive in new challenges.

  • You are keen to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

What will you be doing:

  • You’ll be working with our VR simulation sales experts, who along with our Sales Enablement Manager will show you the ropes and help you support and in time manage every aspect of the sales cycle including:

  • Prospecting, initiating and nurturing business relationships to generate new business opportunities in hospitals, health systems and simulation centers

  • Performing outbound activities (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) to build the revenue pipeline

  • Targeting key decision-makers, qualifying opportunities, and moving them through the sales funnel.

  • Preparing and presenting OMS product demonstrations (live and virtual), showing the real-world impact of VR simulation.

  • Quoting, contracting and closing deals

  • Capturing and managing all sales activity in our CRM system

  • Working with clients during trials and pre-implementation optimize learner engagement, satisfaction and educational outcomes.

  • Attending events, and conferences and networking - taking all opportunities to showcase OMS scenarios at their best
