Join Our Remote French-Speaking Customer Support Team Starting April 25, 2025!
Location: Greece (Work from Home) | Training: Fully Remote | Start Date: 25.04.2025

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and interested in working with cutting-edge consumer technology? Were looking for French-speaking, customer-focused individuals to join our remote support team for a premium global tech brand known for its innovation in home and personal care products.

Your Role

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will:

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and live chats from customers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues with empathy and efficiency
  • Provide product guidance and technical support while representing the brands image
  • Support customers with returns, orders, and follow-ups
  • Escalate complex cases to senior support or technical teams when necessary
  • Keep accurate records in internal CRM systems
  • Join a remote training program starting April 25th to get fully prepared

What Were Looking For

  • Previous experience in customer service or tech support is an advantage
  • Fluency in French (spoken and written) is required
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-first attitude with patience and professionalism
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic, remote environment
  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn
  • You must be an EU citizen or hold a valid work permit in Greece

Work Conditions
