About the Role:
 

We are seeking an experienced Campaign Operations Manager with expertise in HubSpot to manage and optimize our marketing communication efforts. This role will be responsible for building and deploying email campaigns, managing audience segmentation, and creating automated workflows that drive customer engagement and conversions. The ideal candidate will ensure that our marketing operations run smoothly and deliver highly targeted, data-driven communications to our audience.
 

Key Responsibilities:
 

Email Campaign Management:

  • Build, test, and deploy email marketing campaigns using HubSpot.
     

  • Develop responsive and visually appealing email templates that align with brand guidelines.
     

  • Ensure email deliverability best practices are followed to optimize open and click-through rates.
     

List Management and Segmentation:

  • Create and manage customer lists, segments, and personas to enable personalized messaging.
     

  • Clean and maintain data hygiene in HubSpot by ensuring the right targeting and is applied to list selects.
     

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow and nurture the contact database.
     

Automation and Workflow Creation:

  • Design and implement complex HubSpot workflows to automate lead nurturing, customer onboarding, and re-engagement.
     

  • Set up triggers, branching logic, and actions to ensure seamless customer journey management.
     

  • Continuously optimize workflows to improve conversion rates and user experience.
     

Performance Analysis and Optimization:

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
     

  • A/B test subject lines, content, and CTAs to enhance engagement.
     

  • Generate reports on campaign effectiveness and conversion rates to inform strategy.
     

Collaboration and Process Improvement:

  • Work closely with the marketing, content, and sales teams to align email campaigns with overall marketing goals.
     

  • Develop and document best practices, templates, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for campaign execution.

     

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in campaign operations, marketing automation, or related roles.
     

  • Strong expertise in HubSpot, with proficiency in creating workflows, managing lists, and building email campaigns.
     

  • Solid understanding of email marketing best practices, CAN-SPAM compliance, and GDPR regulations.
     

  • Proven experience analyzing data and optimizing campaigns for performance.
     

  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
     

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
