Job description

We’re hiring a strategic and proactive E-commerce Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us scale by hiring top-tier professionals across the Amazon and e-commerce landscape.

In this role, you'll identify, attract, and hire candidates for positions such as Amazon brand managers, PPC specialists, product researchers, supply chain coordinators, and creatives with e-commerce experience. You’ll play a key role in building the team that drives real revenue growth for the brands we manage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source E-commerce Experts: Find and engage candidates with proven Amazon, Shopify, or digital commerce experience.
  • Own the Hiring Pipeline: Manage the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Understand each team’s needs and define clear role requirements for high-performance hires.
  • Build Talent Pools: Develop a network of e-commerce professionals for future hiring needs.
  • Optimize Processes: Improve hiring workflows, track recruitment metrics, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Support Employer Branding: Represent the brand positively in all candidate interactions and outreach efforts.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recruitment experience, with a focus on e-commerce, Amazon, or digital marketing roles.
  • Strong sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, and job boards tailored to e-commerce talent.
  • Familiarity with Amazon-related roles and terminology (e.g., PPC, FBA, A+ Content).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Experience using ATS tools to manage candidate pipelines.
