About the Role
We’re looking for a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients—helping them book, reschedule, and manage their beauty appointments. Your goal: make every interaction feel seamless, polished, and personal. If you’re a great communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment—and you’re fluent in both English and French—we’d love to meet you.
What you’ll do
Handle booking inquiries via chat, email, and phone (in both French and English)
Reschedule or adjust bookings as needed
Notify customers and therapists about appointment changes or delays
Assign replacement therapists for canceled appointments
Assist with group and corporate bookings
Address low-level complaints professionally and efficiently
