We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team remotely from Porto, Portugal. In this role, you will assist customers by providing excellent support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Provide top-notch customer service to German-speaking customers.
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat efficiently and professionally.
Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to customer concerns.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Fluent in German (written and spoken).
B2 level or higher in English for internal communication.
Must be based in Porto, Portugal.
Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
