We’re hiring a Principal Product Manager to lead several of our highest-impact products within the Seller 365 suite — tools that sit at the core of our customers’ daily workflows, helping them automate decisions, manage inventory, and stay competitive in fast-moving markets.
This is a high-responsibility, high-impact role for someone who deeply understands the marketplace ecosystem and has experience building products for operators and power sellers — especially in areas like seller tooling, automation, analytics, repricing, or arbitrage. You’ll shape product direction, drive execution, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver meaningful results for our users and the business.
Requirements: The vision, strategy, and execution for key products within our Seller 365 suite — focused on powering smarter selling through automation, pricing intelligence, arbitrage tooling, and performance insightsFull product lifecycle ownership — from identifying customer pain points and shaping product hypotheses, to execution, launch, and post-release iterationEnd-to-end user journeys and workflows — ensuring the products you own are intuitive, high-performing, and deeply embedded in our customers’ day-to-day operationsBacklogs, roadmaps, and prioritization — making smart trade-offs between speed, quality, and impact while driving toward clear business goalsA clear, measurable product strategy — aligned with Threecolts’ commercial targets and customer success outcomesCollaboration with engineering, design, and data teams — working closely to scope features, define success metrics, and continuously raise the bar for technical quality and deliveryPartnering with marketing and go-to-market teams — crafting messaging, positioning, and enablement that brings clarity and traction to your product launchesChampioning a culture of experimentation — designing and executing A/B tests, usage experiments, and iterative rollouts to continuously improve key metricsDriving deep customer and competitor insight — gathering qualitative feedback, running customer interviews, and staying close to how sellers actually use the productActing as the connective tissue between product, business, and engineering — ensuring your team is building the right things, for the right reasons, at the right timeLeading cross-functional product initiatives — aligning stakeholders around a shared vision and executing against clear, high-leverage prioritiesReporting on product health, usage, and growth — ensuring the wider business understands how your product is performing and why.Responsibilities:10+ years in product management, including significant experience owning end-to-end delivery of SaaS productsStrong domain expertise in e-commerce, marketplaces, or Amazon/Walmart seller ecosystems — bonus if you've worked on seller tools, sourcing automation, repricing logic, or catalog/inventory optimizationA track record of shipping complex, workflow-driven products — you’ve built tools for power users and know how to balance simplicity with depthHands-on experience with A/B testing frameworks, experimentation, and iterative development (e.g., onboarding optimization, pricing tests, UI changes)Strong fluency in data and analytics — you're comfortable building dashboards, defining KPIs, running cohort analyses, and partnering with data teams to drive insightProven success driving activation, engagement, and retention metrics, especially in self-serve or product-led growth environmentsExperience defining and evolving multi-step workflows — especially those that automate operational or financial tasks (e.g., repricing, arbitrage, profitability tracking)Ability to work across the full product lifecycle — from customer discovery to go-to-market strategy to continuous improvementA solid understanding of API-driven products and working with third-party integrations or platforms (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, etc.)Strong grasp of mobile and desktop UX — and how to align interface decisions with power-user needs and edge casesA proactive, opinionated communicator — you know how to influence stakeholders, challenge assumptions, and align cross-functional teamsBias for action and experimentation — you value momentum over perfection and can make informed trade-offs quicklyExperience working closely with engineering teams in agile environments — you’re a partner, not a ticket writerComfortable working in high-growth, fast-moving environments — you know how to prioritize ruthlessly and navigate ambiguity
