Job description

About Us:
We are a fast-growing SaaS startup revolutionizing HR tech and global workforce management with an innovative platform that streamlines payroll, compliance, and talent solutions for businesses worldwide. As we scale, we are looking for a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to drive revenue growth, execute on our GTM strategy, and optimize sales, marketing, and customer success operations.

This is an opportunity for a data-driven, execution-focused revenue leader who can build on our existing momentum, collaborate with the Head of Go-To-Market and existing revenue teams, and make strategic adjustments to scale revenue effectively.

About the Role:

The CRO will take ownership of our end-to-end revenue strategy, ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success to accelerate growth. While our GTM function is already established, this role will focus on scaling, optimizing, and refining revenue-driving initiatives while ensuring KPIs and revenue targets are met. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in HR tech, SaaS, and global workforce solutions, along with experience growing and managing revenue functions at a high-growth startup.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own top-line revenue and drive sustainable, scalable growth.
  • Lead and optimize the existing sales strategy, ensuring it aligns with business objectives.
  • Work with the Head of Go-To-Market and sales leadership to refine territories, ICP, sales playbooks, and expansion strategies.
  • Enhance enterprise and mid-market sales processes, optimizing conversion rates and deal velocity.
  • Develop and implement forecasting models and KPIs to ensure predictable revenue growth.
  • Partner with the Head of Go-To-Market to fine-tune and evolve the existing GTM strategy based on performance data.
  • Align revenue functions across sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success to maximize efficiency and ROI.
  • Work closely with marketing leadership to drive demand generation, optimize lead conversion, and improve pipeline health.
  • Assess channel and partnership opportunities to expand market penetration.
  • Ensure a customer-first approach that drives retention, expansion, and lifetime value (LTV).
  • Partner with Customer Success to enhance the onboarding, engagement, and upsell strategy.
  • Establish processes to turn customers into advocates and create repeatable expansion strategies.
  • Implement data-driven revenue operations, leveraging CRM, automation, and analytics to optimize performance.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for revenue teams, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with finance and leadership on pricing, forecasting, and growth planning.
  • Serve as a key member of the executive team, reporting directly to the CEO.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Finance to align company objectives with revenue strategy.
  • Represent the company at industry events, investor meetings, and key client engagements.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 7-10+ years of experience in revenue leadership roles within SaaS, HR Tech, or Global Workforce Management.
  • Proven experience in scaling revenue functions in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Strong background in sales leadership, demand generation, partnerships, and customer success alignment.
  • Deep understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycles, enterprise and mid-market selling, and customer retention strategies.
  • Expertise in data-driven revenue operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, and automation tools.
  • Strong leadership skills with a collaborative approach to working with existing teams.
  • Ability to drive strategic growth while remaining hands-on and execution focused.
