THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Engagement Senior Manager to our Wellbeing Engagement team in the US

Reporting directly to the Wellbeing Engagement Senior Director, you will be a culture transformational agent, bringing our clients closer to the Wellhub mission and advocating on behalf of Wellhub to clients, users, and internal/external stakeholders. This is a position inside the broader Wellbeing Engagement (WE) team responsible for developing and executing marketing engagement strategies for end-users across a portfolio of strategic clients.

YOUR IMPACT
  • Deploy Gympass’ global WE strategy and best practices in the US market, assuring its correct execution.
  • Plan and execute customized strategies to increase the reachable market through HR communication channels for Strategic clients, ensuring their subscription growth. 
  • Improve processes and identify new engagement tools to unlock new communication opportunities.
  • Work with multiple internal and external stakeholders in order to enable initiatives and projects
  • Engage and maintain multiple timelines of projects to ensure timely completion
  • Track and use client performance data in order to develop portfolio strategy
  • Lead transformational changes in the way we support our most relevant clients in the US market 
  • Work in partnership with CS to identify opportunities and propose solutions to address clients’ needs.
  • Support both regional and global initiatives.

  • Familiarity with Wellness & Fitness industry in the US
  • Ability to work at both strategic and execution levels, assuring that things will be done on time.
  • Strong results-oriented and data-focused mindset
  • Strong organization skills and ability to successfully manage multiple high-priority projects 
  • Strong communication skills and ability to adapt and quickly pivot in a changing environment.
  • Team Player and strong communicator
  • Ability to influence and work with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Client-facing experience 
  • Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving abilities
  • Experience with Project Management tools

In New York, California, Colorado, Massachusetts, and Washington, the annual base salary range for this role is $112,458 - $140,572. The base salary range for other locations may vary. Actual base salary will be dependent on geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications and/or other job-related factors. In addition to base salary, this role may also be eligible to participate in either our annual bonus plan or a sales incentive plan, and our performance-based stock option program.

PAID TIME OFF: It’s important to take time away from work to recharge. Employees receive a minimum of 25 days PTO per year with an additional day for each year of tenure (up to 5) in addition to annual holidays (including an extra holiday on your birthday!)
