Job description

Position: Business Consultant - HR Focus (Strategic Account BU)

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead workstreams on HR related projects, from planning through delivery - including shaping methodology, delivery approach, solution as well as identifying risks and issues, and engaging relevant stakeholders for escalation as required.
  • Manage the assigned projects according to scope, time, quality, and budget.
  • Independently facilitate client meetings and conduct interviews and workshops with minimal supervision.
  • Recommend solutions and provide advice on HR domains such as organizational design, HR process reengineering, performance management system, competency development, career path, total rewards etc.
  • Contribute to business development and client pursuit activities by leading research projects, generating analytic reports and presentations, supporting new solution development, and developing proposals.
  • Work collaboratively and effectively as part a larger team and proactively provide mentorship to less experienced team members.

Qualification:

  • 5-7 years experience in HR consulting across various domains such as organizational design and development, talent management, performance management, total rewards etc.
  • Strong research and analytical skills both quantitative and qualitative along with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Familiar with working on multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, challenging, and varied environment
  • Experience in data analysis and presentation are highly desirable
  • Possess knowledge of HR policies, HR procedures, HR operations and labor law is a plus
