Position Summary:
As a Consumer Engagement Veterinary Assistant at Purina, you will be the frontline expert providing personalized pet care, behavioural, and nutritional advice to our consumers via our communication channels. Your role is vital in ensuring a seamless, engaging experience that not only addresses customer queries but also builds lasting trust in our brand. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to help drive the success of a new project, support our CRM and data initiatives, and ensure compliance with legal and internal standards for consumer communication.

A Day in the Life of a Purina Veterinary Assistant:
- Respond to Spanish customers inquiries via our communication channels promptly and accurately.
- Provide expert advice on pet care, including nutrition, behaviour, and health topics, tailored to each consumer’s needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with pet owners and vets by delivering clear, empathetic, and actionable advice.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and capture valuable feedback for continuous improvement.
- Assist in developing content and guidelines that reflect our best practices and compliance standards.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to relay consumer insights and support business decision-making.
- Ensure all interactions align with Purina’s standards and legal requirements.
- Help maintain adherence to updated guidelines, especially concerning consumer consent and data protection.
What Will Make You Successful:
- Advanced Written and Spoken Knowledge in Spanish (mandatory).
- Education background in Veterinary Medicine or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in a veterinary support role or in customer service within the pet care industry (familiarity with pet nutrition, behavioral care, and health issues).
- Prior experience managing costumer relations is highly desirable.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, digital environment.
- Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively in a hybrid setting.
- A passion for animal care and a consumer-centric mindset.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn new tools and processes.
- Commitment to upholding Purina’s values and ensuring legal compliance in all communications.
