Job description

This is a remote position.

Salary: Php 30,000 – 35,000

The successful candidate must have experience in the fire industry as you will be principally responsible for the following:

Interpreting drawings, relevant specifications and reports.
Preparing take-offs, itemizing, sending to and liaising with suppliers and putting together a complete and compliant quote.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience as an Estimator or related role in an Australian company
Strong knowledge of AS1670.1, AS1670.4 and NCC is a must
Experience in cost estimating and other software related to the field.
Experience in interpreting and analyzing project specifications, drawings, and PPR.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings.
Experience working in the construction, engineering or architectural industry is a plus.
Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations
