This is a remote position.
Assist in the execution of digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms
Manage and update content on the agency’s website (e.g., blog posts, service pages, portfolio updates)
Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and coordinate with potential leads professionally
Support CRM management (e.g., HubSpot): track leads, update contact information, follow up on deals
Coordinate with freelancers and vendors (e.g., from Fiverr) for creative and technical project needs
Create and maintain spreadsheets for campaign tracking, lead generation, and vendor management
Support in organizing and scheduling content calendars for email and social media campaigns
Prepare reports and summaries on marketing efforts, lead pipelines, and vendor performance
Assist in general administrative duties such as email management, document organization, and scheduling
Proven experience as a virtual assistant, marketing assistant, or administrative support role
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in digital tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar)
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (e.g., SEO, email marketing, content strategy)
Experience with CRM systems, especially HubSpot or similar platforms
Comfortable working with freelance platforms like Fiverr to source and manage vendors
Ability to update website content using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress , Shopify or similar)
Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
