  • Low hierarchy, your respectful feedback is welcome.
  • A career opportunity to be part of shaping how AI and human creativity plays together
  • Some travel will be included in the role to meet customers and partners.

So if you're kind-hearted, naturally curious, and passionate about AI, innovation and games read on and consider joining our journey to build something amazing.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for an energetic and driven Business Developer with 4–5 years of experience to join an ambitious team and help shape the future of AI innovation.

You’ll play a key role in driving internal and external collaboration, communication and product marketing;  organizing events, harvesting market feedback to support the product direction and sharing insights across teams. You’ll work closely with both team and senior leadership, and become a crucial connector between product development, customers, and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engagement coordination - effectively engaging and learning from our customers and partners.
  • Create and refine customer proposals in close collaboration with the product teams - from tailored pitch decks to business cases and partnership materials.
  • Contribute to product direction based on market insights from engagements.
  • Product marketing - Identify audience and proactively communicate value proposition.
  • Organize and plan future internal and external events and conferences - from AI in Games meetups to hackathons and workshops.
  • Track and report on business development metrics including outreach, engagement, and conversion - to inform go-to-market focus and share learnings across the team.
  • Collaborate with Design and Tech teams to feed real market insights into our development process and be the voice of the customer.
  • Drive cross-entity knowledge sharing across Raw Power companies and teams.
  • Facilitate internal alignment through clear, up-to-date documentation and collaboration tools (like Confluence).

Qualifications:
  • 4–5 years of experience in a business development, product marketing or partnership role — ideally in tech, gaming or other innovation-focused environments.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional collaboration across design, tech, and external stakeholders.
  • Experience planning workshops, events or community initiatives that bring people together around shared ideas or goals.
  • Strong communication skills — comfortable switching between strategic discussions and hands-on coordination.
  • A curious mindset, is eager to learn and has perspective on some of the latest GenAI tools.
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving environment where no two weeks look quite the same.
  • A cultural fit: kind-hearted, open-minded, and excited to collaborate.
  • Hybrid working, with 1-3 days a week in our central Copenhagen office to foster close collaboration.
