You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize existing features and roll out new updates, all while maintaining seamless integration with other Xsolla products.
ResponsibilitiesOversee IT infrastructure, systems, networking, and cybersecurity across all regions.Manage enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, collaboration tools) and ensure seamless integration and uptime.Ensure robust data security policies and disaster recovery procedures are in place.Collaborate with legal, finance, and compliance to ensure data privacy (GDPR, SOC 2, etc.) and regulatory compliance.Evaluate and implement new technologies that improve performance, efficiency, and scalability.Lead vendor negotiations and IT procurement to optimize cost and service quality.Track, manage, and report on IT budgets, KPIs, and project timelines.Oversee global inventory management of IT assets, ensuring accurate tracking, documentation, and reporting.Lead the evaluation, selection, and deployment of end-user devices and hardware configurations that optimize performance and user experience.Implement a scalable asset management system to support on-boarding/off-boarding, remote device tracking, and compliance.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).8+ years of progressive IT experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, cloud services (AWS/GCP), and security best practices.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ITIL, or PMP are a plus.Equal Employment Opportunity Statement:
