Job Description

As an Accounting Admin Support Specialist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • Payroll Entry:
    Enter employee payroll hours every Monday into the Payroll Board on Monday.com for timely processing.

  • Time & Materials Tracking:
    Input T&M data into Excel-based digital sheets for accurate job cost tracking and reporting.

  • Expense Management:
    Record and categorize bills and expenses in QuickBooks Online to maintain accurate financial documentation.

  • Job Cost Allocation:
    Organize and move emailed bills to the appropriate job entries within Monday.com for streamlined tracking.

  • Work Order Management:
    Process work orders from customer service emails and input them into the Backlog Board in Monday.com for effective project oversight.

  • Administrative Support:
    Assist the company's accounting leadership team with other admin duties as needed.



Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Accounting Administrative roles. Associate degree in Accounting is a plus.
  • Experience working for a US-based Client/Business is required.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Monday.com (required).
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office , particularly Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interact professionally with team members, vendors, and clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Keen attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Positive, collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn new tools and processes.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
