The Delivery Architect team within Clariti's Professional Services is tasked with ensuring the customer solutions delivered are architecturally sound, that they follow technical recommendations and best practices, and is the owning team for strategic internal initiatives to drive higher quality of delivery and faster time-to-value for our customers. The Clariti Enterprise solution is a purpose-built product for community development that is built upon the Salesforce platform.
The ideal candidate for this role brings a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and strategic relationship management skills to best influence the success of the Clariti solution implementation by way of the Delivery Architect team, our System Integrator partners, and the senior leadership teams of our customers.
Reporting to the Director, Professional Services, the Head of Technical Solutions is a senior leader within the Clariti Professional Services organization and is responsible for providing effective solution architecture oversight for a team of Clariti Delivery Architect team members. As their manager, you will provide guidance, coaching, and support to influence successful outcomes for all projects within your portfolio.
In addition to people management responsibilities, the individual will be responsible for one or more strategic customer accounts.
In this partially billable role, the Head of Technical Solutions works closely with customers, the System Integrator partners, and the Clariti Customer Experience Department to ensure the overall success of the implementation of Clariti solutions. This individual is responsible for ensuring that effective architecture services are provided, methodology is followed and is the primary point-person from delivery aligned to the customer executives throughout the services lifecycle. In addition to delivery support, the Head of Technical Solutions will collaborate with the Services Client Partner and the Customer Success Manager to position additional Clariti Services to support the customer's success.

💰 The base salary range for this role is expected to be between $165,000-$230,000k CND based on the candidate’s skills, experience, and qualifications while considering internal pay equity and our broader pay philosophy. 💰

Travel- Although we operate as a remote company, all roles are expected to participate in occasional travel for in-person company-wide or departmental meetings, typically 1-2 times per year. Additional travel requirements specific to the role, if any, will be outlined in the job description.
