Job Title: Outbound Sales Representative
Location:
Remote (PST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to $2,000 (including bonuses)

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PST)

Position Overview:

Were seeking a driven and results-oriented Outbound Sales Representative to generate new business through proactive B2B outreach. This role is focused on identifying, engaging, and converting potential partners through strategic cold outreach and relationship-building. Youll work closely with the founder and project management team to drive sales pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Sales (B2B): Identify target businesses, conduct cold outreach (calls & emails), and schedule high-quality meetings.
  • Lead Qualification & Pipeline Management: Assess lead potential, maintain CRM records, and track follow-ups to optimize conversions.
  • Relationship Building: Develop rapport with key decision-makers to nurture long-term business opportunities.
  • CRM & Reporting: Update and maintain CRM systems (HubSpot, JobTread) and generate performance reports.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development (remote experience preferred).
  • Excellent spoken and written English (higher proficiency preferred).
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills with the ability to handle objections.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, JobTread, or similar).
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in construction, design, or real estate.
  • Based in Latin America or South Africa with PST schedule availability.
  • Previous success in a commission-driven sales role.
