Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our marketing and data management efforts. This role involves collecting, organizing, and analyzing data while assisting with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate must be highly proficient in Excel and Word, possess strong problem-solving skills, and be comfortable working with data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform administrative tasks related to data management and marketing support.

  • Collect and organize data sets from online sources using keyword research and other methods.

  • Create charts and graphs to visually represent data in a clear and professional manner.

  • Work with Excel and Word to manage, analyze, and report data.

  • Assist in maintaining databases and generating marketing reports.

  • Conduct research to gather industry trends and competitor analysis.

  • Support the marketing team with ad-hoc data-related tasks.

Required Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word (advanced level preferred).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to collect and work with data, including visualizing trends through charts and graphs.

  • Research skills to find relevant data sets using Google and keyword research techniques.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Reliable high-speed internet and own equipment (laptop/PC, headset, etc.).

  • Availability to work full-time, 9 AM 5 PM EST.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required)
  • Graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).

  • Video editing and content creation experience.

  • Image editing and enhancement for marketing purposes.
