Good communication and collaboration working with Client stakeholders and Internal consultant to resolve User tickets.
• To be part of a strong, diverse and global operations team, managing a very complex and dynamic environment.
• Deliver customer requirements, and have a strong understanding of how it relates to the customers daily operations.
• Focus on service quality, service availability, and operational capability in conjunction with relevant processes and performance management.
• To conduct periodic reviews such as: daily team meetings, weekly burn reports, monthly trends/KPI review, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
• Manage financial target and margins of the contract with focus on retaining and growing existing resources
• Maintain good relationship with both internal and with the customer
• Demonstrate the ability to drive the team to solve problems and to develop a strong technical capabilities, accomplishing the KPI’s established in the contract
• To participate in the war rooms and management meetings.
