You are a senior, client-facing leader who thrives at the intersection of business development and long-term client success. You’re driven by impact, energized by relationships, and bring a track record of building and scaling high-value accounts.

About the Role

As a Client Partner, you’ll act as the strategic leader across the entire client lifecycle — from acquisition to account growth. This role blends consultative sales leadership with hands-on account management, and requires someone comfortable owning a book of business end-to-end.

  • You bring a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, digital transformation, and emerging technologies.
  • You have executive presence and are confident co-creating impactful solutions with C- and VP-level stakeholders.
  • You value long-term client partnerships and focus on delivering lasting value over transactional wins.

Responsibilities:

  • You’ll own developing and driving growth on a selected territory in the US or EU in alignment with a target quota;
  • Leading account delivery post-sale: becoming the trusted point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction, and unlocking new growth opportunities within the account.
  • Building and nurturing long-term client relationships across innovative startups and Fortune 500 brands.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador for Intellectsoft, effectively positioning our capabilities, thought leadership, and solutions to solve client challenges.
  • Developing and executing go-to-market strategies, collaborating with Marketing and Delivery teams to maximize your territory impact.
  • Driving contract and commercial negotiations, in close partnership with legal and finance.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to expand the Intellectsoft footprint across verticals, geographies, and service lines.
  • Providing leadership and insight on client needs, contributing to product/service evolution in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
