Who we are

PhantomBuster is transforming. We’re moving from a catalog of automation tools to an AI-powered coach that helps sales teams build high-intent pipelines. This is a major shift with a full product rebuild, a fresh UI/UX and a smarter experience.

Sales teams don’t need more contacts: they need smarter ways to find and act on real opportunities. That’s the core problem our new product is solving.

To make this a reality, we’re looking for a VP of Product who can drive this transformation, structure the team and propel this new product to mass adoption. We already have thousands of active users and strong brand awareness as the OG of lead sourcing automation tool. Now we’re turning that momentum into a new generation of the product.

What you’ll do

If you’re a strategic, hands-on product leader with a deep understanding of PLG, AI, and SalesTech, this is a rare opportunity to shape the direction of a company with a strong brand, a growing user base, and a massive market opportunity.

  • Pitch and execute a compelling product vision
    • Lead the transformation to our new platform
    • Define a vision rooted in real user problems
    • Ensure our product strategy reflects our strategic direction and go-to-market goals
    • Align product roadmap with our positioning as an AI-powered sales assistant focused on helping sales teams convert faster with better data
  • Build an intuitive, AI-first experience
    • Overhaul the UI/UX from scratch to make the platform simple and powerful for non-technical sales teams
    • Collaborate closely with Design to create an interface that’s fast to learn and delightful to use
    • Champion a user experience that scales with adoption and makes users feel like it was built for them
  • Drive product-led growth (PLG)
    • Optimize the product for self-serve onboarding, activation, and retention
    • Make it easy for users to see value fast and expand usage across their teams
    • Integrate seamlessly with CRM, LinkedIn, email automation, and enrichment tools
  • Lead and scale the product team
    • Manage and grow a team of PMs, Designers, and Engineers
    • Define and instill product management best practices, emphasizing fast execution and continuous iteration
    • Create a culture of empowerment, ownership, and collaboration
  • Measure what matters and iterate fast
    • Define and track key KPIs tied to activation, retention, and revenue impact
    • Use user insights and data to guide priorities and improve outcomes
    • Collaborate with Marketing and CX to shape user journeys and ensure we're solving real-world pain points

Who you are
  • You’ve led world-class product teams in B2B SaaS, ideally in SalesTech, CRM, or automation
  • You know how to scale PLG products and have hands-on experience with AI-powered automation in sales workflows
  • You think big and execute fast: comfortable switching between strategy and tactical delivery
  • You have a sharp eye for UX and have led full redesigns that made complex products simple and delightful
  • You thrive in high-growth environments and use data to drive smart, fast decisions
  • You’re visionary and pragmatic: you see the potential of AI in sales, and you know how to build it one smart step at a time
