Emerald Technologies has an exciting opportunity for a Part-time Inside Sales & Business Development Associate to join our team! 

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Part-Time Temporary Inside Sales & Business Development Associate to support our sales and marketing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in sales and business development while working in a flexible, part-time capacity.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls to prospective customers to introduce our company and services.
  • Craft and send cold emails to generate leads and schedule meetings.
  • Utilize LinkedIn to connect with potential clients, send outreach messages, and nurture relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records of all outreach efforts and responses.
  • Qualify leads and schedule introductory calls for the sales team.
  • Research potential customers and industries to identify key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize outreach strategies.
  • Research and identify potential leads based on the criteria provided by the company.
  • Track outreach metrics (response rates, call success rates) and provide feedback to enhance lead-generation efforts.
  • Use provided scripts and templates to personalize outreach calls/emails.

 Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable making cold calls and initiating conversations with potential customers.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and basic email outreach strategies.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Experience with ZoomInfo/SalesLoft is a plus
  • Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus but not necessary.
  • Availability to work 20-25 hours with a flexible schedule.
