Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support in Dutch for gaming and esports inquiries
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
  • Assist customers with account management, technical issues, and game-related questions
  • Troubleshoot issues and offer solutions in a timely manner
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the support system
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience
  • Stay informed about new games, esports events, and industry trends

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
  • Passion for gaming and knowledge of esports
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and empathy
  • Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not required
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
