Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking users through phone, email, and chat for inquiries related to fitness technology.

  • Accurately record customer interactions and maintain detailed notes to enhance service quality.
  • Collaborate with team colleagues to pinpoint trends and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry developments, and best practices in fitness technology.
  • Provide training to customers for maximizing their use of fitness technology products.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and a good command of English.
  • Experience in customer service or a related field, ideally within the technology or fitness industry.
  • Passion for fitness and familiarity with fitness technologies, devices, and applications.
