Job Details
Compensation: Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location. The annual base pay for this position is $200,000.00
Additional Compensation: Employees may be eligible to receive annual incentive bonuses depending on their job classification and the policy guidelines.
Benefits: Employees are eligible to enroll in medical, dental, and vision insurance, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, and telemedicine benefits. Employees are provided company-paid basic life and AD&D insurance as well as short-term and long-term disability. Employees are also able to enroll in the company’s 401k retirement savings plan.
Paid Time Off: Employees accrue 0.0654 hours of PTO per hour worked up to a maximum of 136 hours per calendar year. Employees receive 6 paid holidays throughout the calendar year and employees accrue up to a maximum of 4 paid floating holidays per calendar year.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Working with Towne Health executive leaders, and field operations specialists, to identify and prioritize the growth pipeline where Towne Health solutions and expertise is most valuable
- Proactively engage and qualify the most important health systems and hospitals to articulate the Towne Health value propositions. You will identify key decision makers and influencers and build relationships, and tailor Towne Health’s offerings, to distinctively serve unmet needs
- Selectively lead specific sales opportunities from start to close with key prospects. In some cases, you will be the deal owner, while in others you will work with senior Towne Health executives, members of the broader sales team, and/or operational leaders in supporting a collaborative team effort
- Gather feedback and market insight from hospitals, systems and GPOs that Towne Health can use to evolve its services and solutions to best match emerging healthcare industry needs. Take ownership of not just identifying needs/challenges, but collaboratively getting the team to develop and implement exciting solutions
- Partner with Towne Health’s Center for Technology Innovation to ensure the near-term and long-term solution roadmaps are aligned with evolving healthcare needs. Help create and promote to internal and external audiences a compelling value proposition of Towne Health as the only company with a distinctively, healthcare-centered solutions roadmap
- Manage the day-to-day engagement with key health systems and GPOs to identify and capture growth opportunities, as well as respond to ongoing requests/needs of these key, complex stakeholders
- Support key leaders, field operations teams, and the sales organization with essential data, analytics, critical insights and positioning to help the entire company most effectively target, pursue, engage, win and retain the most important hospitals nationwide
- Agree upon very clear growth goals with the SVP of Healthcare and then take full ownership of ensuring those objectives are met
- Develop and maintain an active pipeline of prospective clients, including bringing together Towne Health and client executives to build a high-wide-deep set of relationships
QUALIFICATIONS
- Undergraduate degree, with an advanced degree in a position-relevant field (ex: healthcare management, sales, general management, marketing, hospital leadership, etc) being highly valued
- Knowledge of sales life cycle and selling techniques.
- Valid drivers license required due to requirements for local travel.
Work Experience:
- 7+ years of hands-on growth leadership in the healthcare industry, with specific emphasis on demonstrated track record of successfully selling to/growing with top hospitals, health systems and GPOs
- Extensive knowledge of healthcare industry success drivers, including key buying criteria, drivers of patient satisfaction, staff requirements, Joint Commission and HCAHPS criteria and how they can be supported, and first-hand experience working in/around top hospitals and decision makers
- An existing set of industry relationships across the key stakeholder groups that Towne Health serves so you can not only leverage the extensive Towne Health network, but credibly bring new contacts and introductions to the team that can drive near- and long-term growth

- Ability to develop written proposals that effectively convey a customized and compelling business solution for prospective clients while differentiating Towne Health from its competitors
- Effective negotiating skills to create “win-win” agreements and relationships with prospective clients
- Clear willingness and ability to learn new areas, such as parking management, shuttle services, patient transport, etc and quickly, credibly articulate the value proposition to internal and external audiences
- Comfort in front of C-level healthcare audiences, as well as a knowledge of how to get Towne Health in front of those key decision makers
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 40% of the time
- Complete comfort with general professional tools for creating and managing client growth efforts, proposing new business/services, and retaining/growing with existing clients (eg, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Salesforce.com. Extensive knowledge of healthcare industry-specific tools and resources (Ex: Definitive Healthcare, et al)
SCOPE
Authority to Act:
Job is fairly routine. Incumbent follows established practices and procedures. Duties are performed with specific directions given and work is checked or verified on a frequent basis. Decisions are made within specific operational instructions and departmental guidelines. Errors in judgment could affect the smooth and efficient operation of the department.
