Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to Dutch-speaking customers.
  • Assist customers with hotel reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
  • Provide accurate information regarding hotel policies, services, and local attractions.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints quickly and effectively.
  • Document and track customer interactions in the system.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the service experience for customers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the hospitality or travel sector, is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and procedures is advantageous.
  • Proficient in using digital communication tools and customer management software.
