Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location:
Remote (CST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 2800 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (CST)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly capable and proactive Executive Assistant to support a busy executive with business (65%) and personal (35%) tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and able to take ownership without excessive oversight. This role requires strong operational efficiency, project management skills, and problem-solving ability to manage a variety of tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage scheduling, correspondence, and administrative tasks.
  • Oversee projects, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
  • Conduct research and synthesize insights for decision-making.
  • Organize data, manage spreadsheets, and support business operations.
  • Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Grok) to optimize workflows.
  • Assist with personal tasks, including travel coordination.
  • Identify and implement process improvements proactively.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in EA, operations, or project management.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, independent, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent English communication, minimal accent preferred.
  • Strong technical proficiency and ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Reliable internet and power stability.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in fast-paced environments or startups.
  • Familiarity with business operations, finance, or process automation.
  • Professional home office setup (camera and audio for Zoom meetings).
